Anne E. Brown is an attorney practicing exclusively in the areas of military medical malpractice and military birth injury litigation in all branches of the service including Army, Navy and Air Force. As a former high-risk labor and delivery nurse, she has unique experience in cases involving birth injury and brain injury to babies during birth. Over the past 35 years, she has handled numerous complex cases involving children with cerebral palsy and other catastrophic injuries caused by birth trauma, as well as cases where the negligence has caused a stillbirth or a neonatal death.  Ms. Brown additionally has significant experience in many other areas of surgical and medical negligence causing serious injury or death.  Her work has resulted in millions of dollars in settlements and verdict awards for her injured clients.  

Emily Kilgore is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)  with a BS degree in psychobiology (a neuroscience-based degree with added emphasis in a higher level study of psychology) and a second Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  As such she brings an in depth knowledge of both science and psychology that helps with understanding and working on all levels of complex military medical malpractice cases.   She is working as an RN in post-partum, labor and delivery as well as the NICU. and this experience in healthcare delivery “in the trenches” gives her a unique and helpful perspective when evaluating a errors in the medical field. 

Finally, Ms. Kilgore’s husband is a Captain in the Air Force and she herself has had two babies in a military hospital allowing her to relate to our clients and their stories from her own personal experience as a military dependent.  In January 2018, Ms. Kilgore began helping to personally serve our clients stationed in Germany from our office presence near Ramstein Air Force Base and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.  In March 2021, we added an office presence in Great Falls, Montana where Ms. Kilgore helps serve military families at Malmstrom Air Force Base, as well as all bases in the western United States and Pacific Northwest.
