Allow active duty military to sue for medical malpractice

This clip explains the problem active duty people face when they are victims of medical malpractice in the military – they are not allowed to sue. There is finally hope for a change, but we need your help.  We ask our men and women in uniform to risk their lives protecting our rights, not to risk their lives in the hospitals when receiving routine medical care. Please reach out to your Members of Congress and urge them to support keeping the Feres Doctrine Med Mal Fix in the final version of the NDAA.
